I designed this 2,000-square-foot ranch home renovation from start to finish. The client requested a neutral palette with white and black tones, complemented by subtle finishes. To illustrate the transformation, I developed a detailed 3D model that showcases the renovations, including wall removals to create an open, airy space and key design elements planned for the gut renovation.
